Technical writing

I've worked as a technical writer for Matthews Marking Systems, CELLINK, and Resource Group — creating comprehensive manuals, UX/UI guidelines, and documentation frameworks that prioritize clarity, consistency, and a seamless user experience.

CELLINK — UX writing & animation guidelines

At CELLINK I authored writing guidelines and contributed best practices for animations in UX/UI design. The goal was to give future employees a clear, shared playbook for creating smooth, intuitive interactions that stay consistent with the brand's design language.

User manuals — Lumen X, BIO ONE, BIO X

I created updated user manuals for the Lumen X, BIO ONE, and BIO X bioprinters, focused on clarity, technical accuracy, and a user-centric structure. Each manual covered setup, functionality, troubleshooting, and best practices — paired with illustrated diagrams that make the hardware easy to learn for both new and experienced users.

Matthews Marking Systems — engineering documentation

At Matthews Marking Systems I worked at the intersection of engineering, design, and technical communication — translating complex hardware and software systems into clear visuals, documentation, and digital content used by customers, technicians, and internal teams.
