Hi, I'm Faryal — a UX Writer based in Sweden.
I bridge the gap between design and language to make complex products feel simple and human.
I'm a UX Writer, Content Designer, and UX Designer with a background spanning product design, technical writing, and research. Over the years I've worked across SaaS, healthtech, edtech, and developer tools — helping teams ship clearer flows, friendlier microcopy, and documentation users actually read.
My process starts with the user's mental model. Before I write a single button label, I want to know what people expect to happen next, what words they already use, and where the product gets in their way.
